Swiss Pop-Psych-Rock weirdos DIRTY SOUND MAGNET: “Social Media Boy” New Single OUT NOW – HUMMUS RECORDS

About two years after the release of the album ‘Western Lies’ (2017, Noise Solution), Swiss psych-rock alchemists Dirty Sound Magnet just inked a deal with La Chaux-de-Fonds (CH) based label Hummus Records (Coilguns, Emilie Zoé, Louis Jucker, Closet Disco Queen…). in order to release a brand new full-length record coming out on Fall 2019.

In the meantime, the new single by DSM called “Social Media Boy”, unveiled a few weeks ago is still available on YouTube and Bandcamp.

“I met them for the first time a few months ago and could totally relate to the way they are doing things – meaning not having a plan b and dedicating themselves full time to the band – and though it was a bit difficult for me dealing with people whom I didn’t know before, I got so obsessed with their new album that we’ve worked things out so that everyone is happy and boy do I look forward to put out this beast of a record. Don’t get fooled by one track or whatever you’ve heard before, those guys can do anything and that’s also what makes them a perfect match for our catalog.” says Hummus Records founder Jona Nido.
