PINHDAR is the new project from Cecilia Miradoli and Max Tarenzi, former founding members of Nomoredolls and creators of ‘A Night Like This’ Festival. It’s a journey through Art Rock, New Wave and Trip Hop and they’re certainly exploring new territories for their sound.
Cecilia and Max started their music career with Nomoredolls in the UK, recording their first EP and playing shows in and around London, but it was in the States where they really cut their teeth. Accomplishing six intense east coast tours and playing in NYC on a regular basis (CBGB’s, Knitting Factory, Piano’s, Arlene’s Grocery) attaining a fanbase along the way. Whilst there, they also recorded their debut album, the self titled ‘Nomoredolls’ which was then released through EMI. After recording the album they went back to Europe, where they toured extensivley in the UK, Spain and their motherland Italy.

This project has taken Cecilia and Max in a different direction musically, with a deeper and more conscious approach to production, with nods to artists such as Portishead, Tricky and Unkle, this is PINHDAR.
